Mastercool EVAP Diagnostic Smoke Machine (43060-EV)

Mastercool 43060-EV is an advanced diagnostic smoke machine designed for professional leak detection in EVAP systems, intake, exhaust, vacuum hoses and vacuum components , as well as leaks in the passenger compartment, windows, sunroofs, headlights and taillights and much more.

The unit offers maximum flexibility by being able to use a built-in internal compressor , shop air or inert gas to inject smoke into the system. This makes the machine ideal for both shop and mobile repairs , without the need for external compressed air.

Precise leak diagnosis – even without workshop air

The built-in compressor allows the technician to perform complete diagnostics anywhere. The machine is equipped with an integrated flow meter for leak monitoring and a specially designed pressure instrument (0–30 inH₂O) for recording even minimal pressure changes.

A built-in pressure regulator is factory set to 0.5 PSI , ensuring safe testing of EVAP systems, combined with a safety overpressure valve to protect both vehicle and equipment.

The machine delivers powerful, consistent and non-toxic smoke , and comes complete with a comprehensive accessory kit for professional use.
