The oil is approved by leading compressor manufacturers such as BOCK and BITZER and meets the requirements of DIN 51503-1, groups KC, KD, KE.
Areas of application
-
Refrigeration systems with chlorine-free HFC/FC refrigerants, such as R134a, R404A and R410A.
-
Suitable for HFO and HFO/HFC refrigerants.
-
Recommended for hermetic, semi-hermetic and open piston compressors, screw compressors and turbocompressors (depending on viscosity).
-
Can be used with hydrocarbon refrigerants (propane, polypropylene, isobutane) and R22 – contact FUCHS before use in such cases.
Benefits
-
Special synthetic polyol ester with stable lubricating film at high temperatures.
-
Excellent lubricity and miscibility with HFC/FC and HFO refrigerants.
-
High thermal and chemical stability.
-
Good viscosity over a wide temperature range, with excellent flow properties at low temperatures.
-
Safe oil return and efficient heat transfer.
-
Good compatibility with elastomers and materials used in refrigeration systems.
-
Readily biodegradable (ISO VG 32 and ISO VG 55).
-
Ultra-dried for optimal performance.
Certifications and approvals
-
Meets and exceeds DIN 51503-1, groups KC, KD, KE.
