Tigerloop Auto Plus 2 - Diesel breather that makes your Webasto / Spheros heater more efficient

Tigerloop® Auto combines the advantages of a two-pipe system for the fuel pump with the advantages of a one-pipe system for the tank.
When using a single-pipe system with Tigerloop® Auto, only the amount of fuel actually consumed by the burner is drawn from the tank.
When fuel flow is reduced, the amount of dirt particles transported from the tank also decreases – resulting in cleaner combustion.

More practical benefits

Tigerloop® Auto also has several other advantages:

• The pressurized return line back to the tank is removed, eliminating the risk of leakage.

• When fuel is sucked from the tank to the heater or engine, many air bubbles are released.

• When using biofuels, the viscosity changes dramatically, especially in cold weather. This makes the flow of biofuel more restricted, resistance increases, and even more air bubbles are released.

These air bubbles can cause malfunctions, soot formation and wear on the pump or motor. By acting as a self-venting day tank , Tigerloop® Auto eliminates such problems.

In addition, it also functions as a fuel heater in that the frictional heat from the pump heats the fuel that circulates between the Tigerloop® Auto and the fuel pump.
